Random Stomach ache or contractions?

Currently at week 31. Woke up to pee at 3am as usual but as I was getting back into bed to go back to sleep.. I suddenly felt a rather intense stomach pain. I thought It felt like I might poop but no feeling of pooping. It went away after like 3mins but for the next few hours my tummy felt tender n sore? Like I can still feel abit of that cramping feeling that’s lingering when I move. I’m not sure is it braxton hicks contraction, but I read online that braxton hicks is just tightening and doesn’t hurt. I’ve never experienced braxton hicks before either. #FTM #advicepls
