Mild tummy pain at week 11

Currently at week 11 of my pregnancy. Experiencing mild tummy ache, is it normal? Does drinking honey or lemon water cause the tummy ache? Any one can advise?

I took honey/ lemon water daily in my 1st trimester . No issue at all. Did experience mild cramping/ tummy ache but it’s due to food intake. Mine the culprit was raw vege/ cabbage mainly in subway. 😅
