Carrying toddler while pregnant

Currently in my 3rd tri and i have been carrying my 14mo toddler quite a lot though i tried to reduce the frequency. Wil it cause any harm to the baby inside me? I am feeling so guilty towards the unborn baby as i felt there wasnt much care and attention given as compared to during my 1st pregnancy. 😔
