Currently in my 2nd trimester and i have been eating the doctor’s prescribed 2 vitamins diligently. Recently my MIL has been egging me to eat another dose of multivitamins from another brand and claims that it will not be an overdose. Am really worried as the dosage prescribed by doctor is only once a day in the morning #advicepls
When in doubt, best to seek confirmation from your gynae. No point asking on forum cause we can’t and we won’t be responsible should anything happens to you 😅. Unless your mil is a gynae herself, I wouldn’t anyhow eat.
