i had the same worry as u as a first time mum. i was doing silly urine test every week to ensure baby is still there. haha. But i realised a matter of fact, importantly is to eat healthy, watch out for abnormal spotting and importantly, rest well, have positive thoughts and relax. Time flies and before u knew it, its time for 2nd appt.

Unfortunately…. Before you can feel bb’s movement, you can only rely on ultrasound scans. Just make sure no bleedings and eat well. Symptoms will come and go. Don’t stress and look forward to your scan 🫶🏻

Actually nothing much you can really do.. just ensure you don’t miss your folic acid. Check for spotting, eat & rest well okay.
