Currently im on my 13 weeks of pregnancy journey... Can i eat jackfruit? Do it harm to my baby?

Actually i Google it ady, but my mum in law not allowed me, she said dont trust everything on net... Thats why i tried to ask good soul here to find out the answer 😂😂
