5 weeks pregnant with phlegm

Currently I found out I am 5 weeks pregnant, ever since I have develop phlegm with no cough and this is accompany with mild nausea. Anyone encountered similar issue and how to stop the phlegm?

it’s normal, excessive saliva. can’t stop due to pregnancy hormones and will pass after first trimester. have to just keep spitting out
