That is called braxton hicks. It feels like contraction but it is not the real feeling. It comes and go and will subside when you move or change position. Do take note if it's 5-10 mins interval or accompanied with bloody mucus or waterbag burst (warm leaking). Too much fetal move is also normal especially at night when you're asleep. That's when your baby is super active. Also, they have not enough space inside since they're already big.
Its normal dear....just Keep monitoring the pain.. If the pain too frequent eg. come every 5minute, u can go to hosp.. If not, it called braxton hicks
