Big baby - is this a source of concern?

Currently I am 29 weeks. Ob-gyn mentioned that baby is huge - 1.8kg. Is this a source of concern? I do not have any gestational diabetes and results came out great.

Hey Mama, Average weight at 29 weeks is about 1.2kg, so baby is on the bigger side. I think the only concern is if baby is more than 4.5kg at full term, you may have to consider a C Section. It is still early days. Your gynae should be able to give you further advice. Take care!
