25 weeks pregnant but baby is low

Currently i am 25 weeks pregnant but i feel my baby is very low.Isit normal?or what are the things should i avoid?

Hi! I'm about there too. How do you know the baby is low? I mean did your gynec confirm? I have an appointment next week. It's my first pregnancy. Is there any I should specifically check with my gynec?
