Currently 37w and baby boy weighs 3.5 kg now :( gynae mentioned most likely need to go for c sect :(

How’s your meal intake? Did you eat alot of rice? Or you got sweet tooth? Maybe you need to change meal. Replace white rice to brown rice? No sweet drinks/desserts.
