Portable massage got to be careful because when pregnant not supposed to press certain points on body. Can try to go for prenatal massage (try all the diff trials for a more budget option).

i used it as we can control the strength ourselves but i won't go out for others to massage 😉
I do use for my entire back whenever it aches just to loosen the muscle a bit
