I really feel you on this, switching at 24 weeks can feel a bit daunting but it is totally doable and you have good time to settle in with a new doctor. I don't have personal experience with Dr Paul Tseng specifically, but a friend of mine went to a private gynae at Mount Elizabeth and said the care felt so much more personal compared to the restructured hospital experience, which made a big difference for her peace of mind. For the delivery fees and HL arrangements, I would honestly suggest just calling his clinic directly to ask, because packages do vary and they are usually quite open about sharing the breakdown. For recommendations, it might help to also post in the forum asking specifically by hospital preference, like Gleneagles or Mount Alvernia, so other mums can share based on where you'd like to deliver lah.
