sy asal pregnant je cepat tangan/jari lenguh apabila buat kerja yg sama dlm jangka yg lama.dlu 1st pregnant kena smpi doc bg appointment dgn physio.bila tangan lenguh/kebas rehatkan tangan & buat senaman tangan cthnya gengam sesuatu yg kenyal & lembut smpi kurang pastu minta tolong husband urut² sikit.hehe
same , facing carpal tunnel now 13 weeks. so I google physio exercise on Youtube , and i drive manual (kancil) , it helps a lot . carpal tunnel happens on my non dominant hands so no worries yet .
U can google exercise/physiotherapy for carpal tunnel syndrome to ease the pain. Usually it is temporary during pregnancy
