I am with KKH too. My gynea prescribed me obimin, fish oil and calcium.

I used only obimin and the fish oil from kkh. Nothing else than that.

It's enough. Towards the late stage they prescribe DHA, too.

My wife on Blackmores Pregnancy Advanced. 2 per day.

I follow what my gynae gave and didn’t TOP up.

Better to consult ur doc n take any medication
