Oh my goodness yes! Especially truffle fries. I have it nearly twice a week, but really I doubt that is obsessive at the moment. Should be fine! But everything should be taken in moderation. Listen to your body, and little one!
YES! Cravings are difficult to curb, one way way is to keep yourself full and make unhealthy stuff less accessible. Replace the unhealthy snacks in your house with healthy ones, and keep them out of sight

I know it’s not easy. Try to tell yourself not to crave in. Eat some cold yogurt or avocado smoothie. As Long as it keeps you full, you will find it easier not to think about it!
