Try to incorporate healthy fats like avocado and salmon or cod fish into your diet more often if possible. Hope it will help with baby’s growth and development. And do take a reputable prenatal supplement if you haven’t already started. Best wishes babe!

My baby’s heartbeat was half the rate than it should and size was one week smaller than it should be during our W7 and W9 scan. Took folic, rest a lot and pumped up protein. I’m now stable in 2nd trimester and all is well. Praying for the best for you!

Ensure you eat healthily and never skip meals, eat folic acid, have materna milk during this period. Hopefully that will help your baby growth.
