Feet swelling !!

Could anyone please suggest how to get rid of feet sweeping. I am in my eight month of pregnancy. #pleasehelp #1stimemom #firstbaby #advicepls #feetswelling

you can postion your legs a little higher using a pillow or so while sleeping. Also if you have to sit continously in the daytime for work, keep your legs in the elevated position.. ideally we need to position our legs at a higher position
