I drank apple juice with aloe vera pulp from peel fresh. 🥺 im worried as they say its not safe.

Hi could anyone enlighten if its ok to drink a small bottle of apple juice with aloe vera pulp? I googled and they mention it could cause miscarriage or birth defects. Im so worried as im 11 weeks pregnant now. Need an advice.
