Confinement nanny

Cot is in nanny’s room and every time baby cries she will carry him and put him to bed. Now it seems like the baby prefers her to carry and cries every time when I carry him. Anyone been there and have solutions?

Hi! It’s the same for me too esp cos the nanny is better and more experienced at handling the baby. For me, I just try to spend more time talking to baby and carrying baby more.
