I would choose confinement nanny because I want to let baby get used to the home environment and also in my own home, the nanny can use the existing resources/appliances/ baby stuff/ cookware to train me how to take care of baby.
there may also be 'hidden costs ' if you stay at confinement centre.
it's just safer at home, my opinion.
