Yeah. Folic acid before I got pregnant and throughout 1st trimester. After which doc prescribed with Obimin. There’s folic acid in Obimin so don’t need to overdose.
Took folic acid till 12 weeks...then doc gave me obimin to continue throughout the pregnancy..
I consume the multi vitamin from the gynae which also includes folic acid in the ingredients
my gynae told me to stop at week 14
my wife stopped after 12 weeks
