Honestly both boleh, tapi it depends on your priority lah, HUKM is semi-private so the facilities and ward comfort are usually nicer, but gov hospital dengan FPP package you still get decent care, maybe just shared wards and slower service la. My personal lean is HUKM if budget allows sebab the experience is smoother (less crowded, better ambiance), but gov hospital definitely not bad if you want to save, still got trained staff and proper equipment.
