My company is having a full day workshop on Saturday (8-5pm). Is it ok to have gathering with approximately 35staffs? However, we will be split on certain timings and will gather at some timings. Will my company finds out if I report them?
I think workshop is fine. They maybe have ask permission about it. Try not to involve in office politics it wont be good for you
