Post pregnancy Period

Hello, its coming 6 months post pregnancy but my period is still not here yet. I have dropped my frequency in pumping bmilk to 2 times a day. Is this normal?

It’s normal. Prolactin will be the highest at night 10pm to 4am and if you pump at this timing it will inhibit ovulation.
