How much is too much for red dates water after delivery?
My CL was expecting to drink red dates water throught the day. Which technically I drank about 3L / day. With minimal plain water intake. Is it normal? 🙏

Wah 3L a day is quite a lot leh! My friend's CL also did this but her gynae said aim for 1.5, 2L total fluids daily, whether plain water or red dates water, dun need to go so high. Someone in my mum WhatsApp group mentioned her TCM sinseh said red dates water is fine throughout confinement but still mix in some plain warm water, not replace everything completely. Do check with your gynae or a TCM doc just to be sure, especially if you had a C-sec or got any swelling!
