Is chiropractic care or prenatal massage better? Which one will help to relieve aches better? Any recommendation?

I'd go with chiropractic. I did chiropractic and it was really good. Have you heard of the benefits of that? Even my boy went for his chiropodist at 6months old.

are you still pregnant? If yes, i would recommend prenatal first.
