Looking for Kids Paediatric Eye Specialist (Ophthalmologist) ASAP

Hi my child has a severe astigmatism for her left eye, she can’t see things from one angle and kept saying her vision is extremely blurry. I am very worried despite we have seen doc in KKH but her left eye’s condition deteriorated drastically within 3 months from her first visit. The recent one was just last week but the doc (not the same one from the first visit) didn’t do any eye-patching for her left eye. Thus I want to ask for some good recommendations for a PD Ophthalmologist ASAP for a 2nd opinion, does any mummy know? Pls advise me. Thanks!

I’m sorry you had to go through that, you must have been really worried. If anyone is still looking for a doctor, my son sees Dr Leo Seo Wei, who is a paediatric eye specialist in Singapore. My son has lazy eye and he is only four, so I was quite anxious at first. She was patient with him and took care to make him feel comfortable during the appointment. She also explained what we should do next and what to look out for. I hope your little one is doing alright now. :)

Dunno if u are still looking but u can check out Eagle Eye Centre. There’s a doctor there specializing in Pediatric ophthalmology too.
