Even though one breast always produces less, a sudden jump to just 5ml is definitely worth getting checked out, could be a blocked duct, or sometimes during weaning our bodies can be funny and one side just decides to tap out faster than the other, but it's not typical to be that extreme. I'd suggest messaging your lactation consultant or doctor just to be safe, especially since you mentioned the left has always been the slower producer, they can do a quick feel to check if there's anything blocking, sebab sometimes we don't notice a minor blockage forming until it affects output significantly.
