Ano'ng madalas na laman ng freezer n'yo?

Have been practicing tamang kain for my first born since she started with solids and its hard lalo na if iba diet niya so as parents we also started to eat only real food para isahang luto na. De lata and processed food is very minimal sa pantry. I often tell my daughter delata and other processed food are not healthy so when she sees hotdog or de lata she reminds us that its not okay to eat it. 😂 So adjust si mommy and daddy dahil napapagalitan pa kami. haha It is a full time job cooking real food for your family but very rewarding when you know your feeding them with full packed nutrient meals. She is already 4 years old she refuse to eat any delata or frozen processed product.❤ Only real food.
