Affordable stroller can be found on online apps such as Carousell, Facebook etc But, can't expect much when the price are below average. Especially, if it's a second hand. Must choose carefully. Also, can check out Fairprice. They do have the sale price once in awhile and it's first hand!

You may want to check out carousell to find a cheap stroller. 1st hand strollers are more expensive. Combi brand is good.
