Pwede naman, pero kailangan maging gradual para hindi ma-upset ang tummy ng baby, try mixing the old formula with the new one for a few days, then slowly increase the ratio ng bagong formula, alam mo yung ganitong approach? A few of us moms did this kasi ang bili ng iba ay biglang nagka-diarrhea or colic, sobrang hassle, so better safe than sorry talaga. Best to run it by your pedia though to make sure ang formula na gusto mo is okay para sa kanya, especially since baby is still so young at sensitive pa ang system nila.
