When can I start to use tummy binder after my C-Sect surgery?

Cannot use immediately right? As it will hurt the incision wound.#firsttimemom #pleasehelp #advicepls

Had csec and was advised to use it right after discharged. The tummy binder was recommended by the nurse at the hospital. I think u can request for them to measure you in the ward and they can send the binder to u before d/c. This was in NUH. The nurses and dr did advised me on how to wear it too. It depends on hospitals, no harm asking the nurses they shld know (:
