Can you take a pregnancy test in the afternoon?

actually for me it doesnt mater if its morning,afternoon or night. the first pee has higher hgc level. i used to work night shift where i sleep in the morning and wake up at 3pm. i took a pregnancy test and still show a positive sign. like i said.it doesnt matter when u take it as long as its the first urine.
