If your past STD is either Chlamydia or Gonorrhea then YES, sadly it does affect your fertility regardless of gender. There are a lot of possible effects that past STDS can have on your chances of conceiving. This is why it’s so important to get tested if you’re at risk for STDS and get treated ASAP if you do have one. The sooner you can treat and cure chlamydia or gonorrhea, the less likely they are to cause damage to your reproductive organs or hamper your chances of conceiving a child in the future.
