According to this article (http://sg.theasianparent.com/delayed-cord-clamping/2/), it is not very feasible as it depends on the person who is harvesting the cord blood. There might not be enough stem cells in the cord blood due to the delay in cord clamping. Although there are cases of cord pulsating for close to 10 mins after birth, this differs for each mother and baby. My advice would be to speak to your gynae and your Cord blood bank to get a more professional answer.
