coffee

I am a coffee lover and it was so hard for me to stop drinking it! I stopped for about 6 months and now I’m in my 7th month and just recently started decaf coffee, so far so good. My gynae said it’s fine to limit to either a cup or coffee or tea a day! Hope it helps :) best to avoid in first trimester to play it safe!
