Can anyone explain the pro and cons of Montessori vs Reggio emelia?

I personally prefer reggio Emelia. Because relationships and environment plays a crucial part. 55% of our who we become are based on the environment. So being independent is one thing. Learning to socialise, and adapting is vital. The journey is a learning process itself.
