C-sec mummies, did anyone feel like your baby had slower digestion or immunity at first? Did you try anything to help?

I had a C-sec and noticed my baby’s digestion seemed slower too. I tried tummy time + massage, but also switched to Aptamil kid c-synb on a friend's reco. Seemed to make a difference! It's synbiotic so it has pre and probiotics
