hi bumils..ada tak yg sakit gusi time pregnant2 nie.. sakit weii.. apa tips eh.. tlg share.. dah pgi dentist cuci plak gigi tp masih gak nie ..tolonggggg
Ay sayang, gum pain during pregnancy is quite common actually, hormones making gums lebih sensitive and swollen, so frustrating! A few of my mum friends dealt with this too, and besides the dentist cleaning (which you've done, good on you!), try rinsing with warm salt water a few times a day and be extra gentle when brushing, maybe switch to a soft toothbrush if you haven't already. But honestly, since it's still painful even after the cleaning, might be worth going back to your dentist or asking your doctor just to rule out anything else, because some cases need a bit more attention during pregnancy.
