Why Breastfeeding is best in The first 1,000 days of the baby?

Breastfeeding is tough; no doubt about it. I am a proud breastfeeding mom with my children. As for my Skye exclusively breastfeeding ako sa kanya until 6 months and then nag mix kami right after medyo mahaba lang ang kwento kaya di ko na siya elaborate pa why nagmixfeed na kami ngayon I had to follow his pedia’s advice.☺️💪 I truly yearn to breastfeed my children because I know it will give them good benefits, especially in their first 1000 days. These days, studies show that Breastfeeding is the best source of nourishment for infants and young children, and a proven life-saving strategy that helps protect children against many illnesses. Breastfeeding is the best and most natural vaccine that develops the immune system of a baby. Alam niyo din bang mahalaga na mabigay ang bakuna nila during their first 1000 days? Totoo yan, mama! Breastfeeding talaga ang best foundation para sa immune system nila, lalo na sa crucial first 1,000 days, parang natural shield lang sila against infections at illnesses. A few of us sa mommy group namin ay nag-exclusive breastfeed din ng at least 6 months, at nakita namin talaga ang difference sa health ng babies, kahit konti lang ang sakit compared sa formula-fed friends namin. Importante rin yung vaccines though, so both together talaga ang winning combo para protected ang babies natin!
