Yes. I pump exclusively. Had gained 18kg from pregnancy and lost 22kg, all while eating more than I had used to. But now tt I stopped pumping, my weight bounced back to pre pregnancy.
Breastfeeding mommy here. I lost 9-10kg but did not skip meals. Still eating 3-4 full meals a day.
