Mine too.. my derm did rec an antibiotic which is the only type that’s safe for pregnancy. But if the breakouts are not bothering you too much, will just say go with something that hasn’t too much chemicals in it.

Same as me! but after i use cetaphil foaming cleanser , it works better . Not sure if its for everyone but i heard its safe for pregnancy too .
