Mixing of formula

My boy spits milk after every feed so I got AR as recommended. Can I mix normal formula with AR formula? I find the AR formula quite thick.

Won't encourage diluting as A.R formula are meant to be thick to help with babies having reflux. If dilute then it doesn't serve the purpose of the formula. Mixing also won't help as A.R formula are normal formula + added ingredients (e.g rice starch) to thicken formula.

That imperfect trying mum

No better not to mix. But you can dilute it instead. Eg by adding a little more water
