Baby Coo means able to talk?

Yeap too early and I think it's quite normal as my baby who just turned 2 mths also actively cooing and smiling in response. My niece started babbling ard 3 months only started speaking her first words ard 13 mth.

it's hard to tell. my baby calls me at 4 month old but till now 22 months still can't speak well yet

I think it is too early too tell that.
