My boy is going through a sleep regression. He’s taking shorter naps, 30 minutes tops, and has been waking up every 2 hours at night. My body is quite exhausted! Anybody else’s baby going through the same too? Previously, he slept quite well at night, only waking up every 4 hours or more.
