My boy is 3.5 months, drinking formula, Nan-Pro. Out of sudden, start to poo after feeding. Pooing very regular like once or twice per hour. Only stop pooing when fell asleep. Poo is yellow, abit watery and yet sticky, but very little. What should i do?
