Bouncing or throwing her ball.. any one can help why she s cries and stop us

Yes say we play with her right so whenever we play with her ball by bouncing it or throwing up to catch she cries.. dont know y

could she have been traumatized before by a ball recently? a kid threw at her perhaps in sch?
