Is this positive?

Both faint line po sila, mas faint pa po diyan during 3-5 minutes po. Mas naging clear lang siya after an hour. Is this considered as positive pregnancy? I'm kinda confused po kasi hehe. First day of mens ko was September 4. Thank you po sa makaka-help.
