Hospitalisation leave

My boss was talking about how badly I fare during work. Then I experienced bleeding. I didn’t let the office people know I am pregnant. I went to check and found out I’m have a miscarriage I really do not want to work anymore anyone got hospitalisation leave after a miscarriage to heal from it?

I had miscarriage last march, i went to kkh and they gave me meds to help. Then gave me 2 weeks HL. My doctor very understanding and said if I need time to heal especially mentally, I can ask her for extension of HL.
